Diabetes Care

Our physicians and advanced practice providers are all qualified to diagnose and treat diabetes. There are many ways to screen for type 2 diabetes including a fasting glucose test, a two-hour glucose tolerance test or an A1C test. Talk with one of our providers about which test is right for you.

When needed, they will refer you to our Diabetes Education program for help monitoring your blood sugar and keeping a healthy weight through a diet and exercise plan that will help you reduce the risk of long-term complications from the disease.
