Canon Center for Cancer & Cardiovascular Care

The Canon Center for Cancer & Cardiovascular Care is located on the east side of the hospital and opened in 2011. The building is named in honor of Jeff and Cara Canon for their generous gift to the Bothwell Foundation toward the construction of the facility.

The Susan O’Brien Fischer Cancer Center, named for a local mother, writer and cancer care advocate who lost her battle to cancer in 2008, is located on the first floor. The cancer center features a chemotherapy treatment area,14 infusion bays, two private rooms, five exam rooms, a laboratory station, cancer pharmacy and outdoor meditation garden. A Patient Education Resource Center in partnership with the American Cancer Society also is available.

Cardiovascular services are located on the second floor and include the catheterization lab and other cardiology
services in a centralized location for patients. There are four preparation and recovery rooms for cardiac procedures.
