Benefits Open Enrollment is Nov. 11 Through Nov. 25!

What’s new in 2025?

  • Dates: Nov. 11 to Nov. 25th. On Nov. 11, you will be emailed a link to your personal and work emails to shop for and select your insurance benefits.
  • No Re-enrollment Required: Your current plans will renew automatically, except for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), which require annual setup.
  • New This Year: Long-Term Care Insurance. Benefits-eligible employees will be emailed information and enrollment options regarding Long Term Care from Trustmark. The benefit will be offered in 2025 if the minimum enrollment requirement is met.
  • Health Insurance Options: All four plans from last year are available:
    • Standard and Premium Health Plans: $0 deductible and $0 coinsurance for services at BRHC.
    • PPO Plan: Lower costs with in-network providers.
    • Health Savings Account (HSA): Allows pre-tax savings for qualified medical expenses.
  • Pharmacy Benefit Manager:  The Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) processes pharmacy claims. The PBM will change from Smith RX to Liviniti in 2025. As we prepare for the new year, the Employee Pharmacy has begun working with Liviniti on employee prescription needs. New health insurance cards will be issued in 2025 to reflect the change in the PBM.
  • Flexible Spending: Remember to enroll in the FSA for 2025 if interested!
  • Life Insurance: Open enrollment is an excellent opportunity to review and update your beneficiaries.

Each eligible employee will receive a personalized email at their @brhc email and at their personal email that is on file with Human Resources that includes a digital benefits booklet and more enrollment information.

You only need to take action if you plan to make changes to any of your benefits for 2025.
