Mother’s Day event set for May 7 at Baby Café

Pettis County Baby Café is hosting a Mother’s Day Tea for mothers of babies from 4-6 pm May 7.

The spring-themed event will feature a photo backdrop for moms to take photos with their babies, flowers and breastfeeding resources and advice. Tea and other refreshments will be available.

Baby Café is a free breastfeeding support group that meets each Tuesday from 4-6 pm inside Women’s Health and Newborn Care on the first floor of Bothwell Hospital. The group provides pregnant and breastfeeding mothers an opportunity to meet with a lactation consultant, get support from specifically trained staff, hear from special speakers and share experiences with other mothers from the community.
