Bothwell to delay clinics opening/outpatient surgeries Jan. 6

Clinics closed today:
Bothwell Health Center-Truman Lake in Warsaw
Bothwell Lincoln Family Medicine
Bothwell Medical Equipment
Bothwell OB/GYN Associates

All other clinics will delay opening until 1 pm for the safety of our patients and employees. Bothwell Cole Camp Clinic will accept walk-in appointments this afternoon.

We are still evaluating staffing at many clinics and will update as we make additional decisions. Patients are encouraged to call a clinic before arriving to find out if it’s open.

Registration in the hospital lobby will close at 4 pm today. Any patients arriving after that time should check in through the Emergency Department.

Our Facilities team is working hard to clear ice and snow from parking lots and sidewalks at the hospital and clinics; please use caution when traveling or walking because of refreezing and possible drifting.

Jan. 5

All Bothwell Regional Health center clinics will delay opening until 10 am on Monday, Jan. 6. Patients with early-morning appointments will be notified and rescheduled. Conditions will be reevaluated at 8 am Monday for any further decisions about opening.

Outpatient surgeries are also being delayed until 10 am, and patients will be contacted with new arrival times.

The delayed start is to help keep our patients, staff and providers safe and give time for road conditions to improve and for our Facilities team to maintain sidewalks and parking lots. Patients are encouraged to call a clinic before arriving to find out if it’s open.
