Sports medicine care can help active individuals like young children, athletes, weekend warriors, older individuals recovering from an injury or someone who wants to be active for the first time get back to what they enjoy doing.

OMT is precise manual treatment of aches and pains to improve existing body functions and can be an alternative to medications and surgery.
