“Reading to Your Baby” session set for April 2 at Baby Café

Rachelle Simon, United Way of Pettis County executive director, will give a “Reading to Your Baby” presentation at Pettis County Baby Café on April 2.

Baby Café is a free breastfeeding support group that meets each Tuesday from 4-6 pm inside Women’s Health and Newborn Care on the first floor of Bothwell Hospital. The group provides pregnant and breastfeeding mothers an opportunity to meet with a lactation consultant, get support from specifically trained staff, hear from special speakers and share experiences with other mothers from the community.

Simon will present and answer questions from 4 to 6 pm. Baby and children’s books will be available for attendees to take with them and refreshments will be served.
