Bothwell Regional Health Center launches survey for pregnancy, childbirth and newborn education
Bothwell OB/GYN Associates and the hospital’s Women’s Health and Newborn Care Unit are gathering information from women about pregnancy, childbirth and newborn education by asking them to participate in a survey.
The survey is being conducted to gauge interest from women who have children or are planning to have children about educational subjects and the formats that best meet their needs.
Brianna Murray, LPN, and Bothwell OB/GYN Associates and Bothwell TLC Pediatrics clinic director, and Hollie Dubroc, RN, and Women’s Health and Newborn Care, Labor and Delivery, and NICU nursing director, are leading the effort to gather feedback. Results from the survey will be used by staff to create the best and most effective pregnancy and newborn education program for patients and their support partners.
“Our specially trained staff in the hospital and our clinics help prepare and support women throughout their pregnancy and birth experience while providing the highest level of care,” Murray said. “We look forward to learning what our patients need and want to know and how they want to receive it, whether that is in one-on-one provider meetings, group settings, online support or a combination of ways.”
The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and individual answers will be kept confidential. To enter for a chance to win a $50 VISA gift card, respondents can enter their name, email address and phone number at the end of the survey. The survey closes July 30.
