COVID Vaccinations Available at the Missouri State Fairgrounds
Bothwell Regional Health Center with the assistance of the Missouri National Guard will again host a community vaccination clinic from 8 am to 5 pm March 9 and 10 at the Missouri State Fairgrounds to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to eligible Missouri residents.
Currently, Missouri is vaccinating Phase 1A populations and Phase 1B – Tier 1 and Tier 2 populations. Individuals who qualify under these phases are encouraged to register at www.brhc.org/vaccine and fill out the preregistration form. Appointments are scheduled based on the preregistration forms received for those who are eligible according to the phases listed above for any Missouri resident.
Bothwell has safely and efficiently vaccinated 5,400 people since Dec. 18, 2020.
As announced Feb. 25 by Missouri Gov. Mike Parson, the state is activating Phase 1B-Tier 3 on March 15. This includes K-12 educators and school employees; child care providers; grocery store employees; and energy, food, agriculture, and other critical infrastructure workers, among others.
For more information about the phases and vaccine registration visit, www.brhc.org/vaccine. As vaccine allotments are announced, appointments will be scheduled for vaccine clinics to those who have filled out the preregistration form.
Vaccinations are free and available by appointment only.
