Sleep Medicine

Bothwell Sleep Center offers two, free-standing sleep centers in Sedalia and Warsaw to help you get well and stay well by sleeping better. Both are nationally accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. If you or someone close to you is having trouble sleeping, visit with your doctor about your sleeping habits and see if a sleep study might help you get a better night’s rest. Our medical director and staff are specially trained to diagnose and treat sleep disorders.

During a sleep study, patients spend the night in a private room at the Sleep Center. The rooms are designed to feel like home, complete with a television and full-sized bathroom with shower. A specially trained technologist monitors brain waves, heart rate, oxygen levels, rapid eye movements and more while the patient sleeps. Sleep technologists score the studies and our sleep disorders physician analyzes the results. Completed studies are available within about 10 business days.
