Steve Foster, M.D. Kerri Barnes, M.D.
Dr. Steve Foster has joined Bothwell Urology Services, effective Feb. 1.
Dr. Foster, who has provided urology care in the Sedalia area for more than 30 years, recently retired from Urology Midwest, his private practice. He is joining Dr. Kerri Barnes at Bothwell Urology Services to care for urology patients at Bothwell Regional Health Center when Dr. Barnes is unavailable. He also will perform urology procedures at the hospital and assist Dr. Barnes in surgery as needed. He does not currently plan to see patients in an office setting.
“We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Foster for temporarily delaying his retirement in order to care for urology patients at Bothwell,” said Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Robertson. “He is an excellent physician who has shown his commitment to this community. By joining Dr. Barnes, he helps ensure patients will have access to the services they need.”
Dr. Foster earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he also completed his residency in urology. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a member of the American Urological Association.
