Bothwell Regional Health Center expands cancer care, welcomes Dr. Houman Nourkeyhani
Sedalia, Missouri, Aug. 2, 2017 – Bothwell Regional Health Center is expanding cancer care at the Susan O’Brien Fischer Cancer Center with the addition of Houman Nourkeyhani, M.D.
Dr. Nourkeyhani is a hematologist/oncologist who specializes in the treatment of blood disorders and cancer using chemotherapy and other medications.
He is board-certiﬁed by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is board-eligible for certiﬁcation in medical oncology and hematology. He graduated from the Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute at the University at Buﬀalo/The State University of New York.
Dr. Nourkeyhani joins Dr. William Decker and Dr. Matt Triplett on Bothwell’s cancer care team. All three physicians work full-time at Bothwell, live in the area and are available to see patients any day of the week. Bothwell's cancer specialists oﬀer the same chemotherapy and radiation treatments that are available in larger cities.
